Livia Antalova
Livia graduated from SFU in 2009, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehabilitation Stream. Livia also acquired Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2010. To further her education, Livia graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2018, where she received a Master of Arts degree in Disability Management.
Livia’s passion is helping people overcome their injuries and get back to work or activities through exercises and education using a client-centered approach. Livia’s clients are expected to be active participants in their recovery journey.
Livia grew up playing a variety of sports and eventually played competitive hockey. Livia has coaching experience in hockey and in Special Olympics Powerlifting. To this day, Livia is an avid sports enthusiast, and in her free time, she bikes, hikes, and skis with her family.

Dylan is a passionate individual who thrives on connecting with others and delving into the intricacies of human mechanics. His love for sports and the outdoors has been a lifelong journey, starting with football in his youth and progressing to national-level ball hockey with Team BC. Growing up, he developed a strong interest in physiotherapy and recovery, which eventually led him to pursue a career in the field.
After earning his Bachelors of Kinesiology degree at UFV, Dylan pursued further education, obtaining his Masters of Physiotherapy degree at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia. As a recent graduate, he remains dedicated to expanding his knowledge and skills, staying up to date with the latest research and treatments in sport rehabilitation, chronic pain, and acute injuries.
During his studies abroad, Dylan had the opportunity to work as the Athletic Therapist for Adelaide’s Pro Hockey team, and he also gained experience working with youth football in Chilliwack, BC.

Mila Clarke
Mila graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2016. During her education she worked with people from all walks of life with a variety of physical conditions.
In her practice, she is committed to working with her patients to design a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and desired outcomes. Her goal is to deliver an effective treatment while ensuring her patients feel safe and comfortable. She uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, myofascial release, and passive and active stretching in her treatments.
Mila understands the toll that physical labour, activities and stress have on the body. Growing up as an athlete, having worked seven years in the construction industry, and going through two pregnancies, has given her insight on how to effectively treat and improve her patients’ physical well being through massage therapy.

Nicole is a Certified Reiki Practitioner attuned to Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki and is an active member of the Canadian Reiki Association. She has studied and practiced various energy healing and holistic modalities over the years and is succeeding towards her Reiki Master Level. Dr. Luke was raised in Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge. Growing up he was thoroughly involved in sports and is an alumnus of the Pacific Rim Hockey Academy at Pitt Meadows Secondary. He has always had a passion for improving the health and well-being of his community, which led him to pursue a career in helping others. He spent two and a half years serving his community as a paid-on-call firefighter with the Pitt Meadows Fire and Rescue Service. He learned about the benefits of Chiropractic after dealing with various injuries from his active lifestyle and looks to provide those same benefits and insights to his patients.
He received his Doctor of Chiropractic (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Western States. He also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Exercise Science) with distinction from the University of the Fraser Valley.

Minh Trat
Minh graduated from WCCMT in 2022. He has experience dealing with whiplash injuries, has dealt with athletes with strains and sprains. He has helped patients with cerebral palsy, MS and other conditions.
He uses many different techniques, from relaxing General Swedish Massage, deep tissue massages, to the aggressive techniques that are effective in releasing tense and tight muscles.
Minh is certified using therapeutic hot and cold stones. This technique is not simply placing stones on your body. He uses it as tools, using the heat of the stones to go deeper into the muscles. The cool stones are used to get the stubborn areas worked on to release.
In his free time, he reads, builds gundams, plays video games and board games. He is a certified Advanced Open Water SCUBA diver. He also does archery, with his traditional longbow. He enjoys eating delicious foods his wife cooks, watching movies and shows, and going on random adventures with her!

Emily Wright RMT
Emily graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at CDI College’s South Surrey campus in 2022. She grew up playing various sports and was heavily involved in cheerleading and gymnastics for many years. She has taught strength and flexibility classes and has taken courses from the leading choreographers in Cirque de soleil. She fell in love with massage therapy after visiting an RMT for relief from an injury and seeing for herself the numerous benefits.
