Mila graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2016. During her education she worked with people from all walks of life with a variety of physical conditions.

In her practice, she is committed to working with her patients to design a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and desired outcomes. Her goal is to deliver an effective treatment while ensuring her patients feel safe and comfortable. She uses a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point release, myofascial release, and passive and active stretching in her treatments.

Mila understands the toll that physical labour, activities and stress have on the body. Growing up as an athlete, having worked seven years in the construction industry, and going through two pregnancies, has given her insight on how to effectively treat and improve her patients’ physical well being through massage therapy.

She truly believes that massage therapy can help reduce pain and stress and promote one’s overall health. In addition, she believes that the body’s optimal health is effectively achieved when combined in a multidisciplinary collaboration with other therapies.
